• 1 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1 to 2 cups Greek yogurt

—> blend it all together

—> pour into Popsicle molds and freeze till hardened (4+ hours)

What is this?

The Autumn Slim Down Challenge is a 6-week motivation and support group looking to shed pounds and grow friendships. Participants will be placed into groups randomly. And there will be daily challenges.

How do groups work?

Groups are just another tool participants can use for greater chances of success. Amount of members per group will vary based on how many people want to join.

In your group, you would have a better chance of developing friendships while giving and gaining motivation from your teammates.

What kinds of challenges?

At the beginning of each week, I’ll post challenges that vary from diet changes, switching up workouts, motivating others, and talking about personal experiences on varying topics.

The reason I’m posting them at the beginning of the week is because I want everyone to get a heads up so they can plan ahead. Whether they plan ahead to make sure they can participate or alter challenges in advance so there’s no last minute “I cants”.

i’m in that mode where i’m starting to eat socially again instead of just when i’m hungry. i ate some cookies today just because others were eating them, not necessarily because i was hungry for them or wanted them. oh well. i’m learning more about myself as things progress. for example, i need to keep my water intake up because then i’ll be less hungry and eat less and be a happier camper in general. i also need to watch the speed at which i’m eating. at dinner today i could feel myself eating super fast for no reason at all. goal for tomorrow is to be more mindful of how i’m eating.

yesterday was my first real struggle day back on the plan and i feel kind of bad about it. but it’s okay! today is a new day and things will be good in the long run!
